LOCAL COMMUNITY & CHARITY SUPPORT

Croft Commercials are passionate about supporting small, independent charities because they’re at the heart of the communities they serve. These organisations know their local areas inside out and are often best placed to offer practical, hands-on help where it’s needed most.

By backing grassroots charities, we help make sure support goes directly to the front line, creating real, meaningful change. We’re proud to stand alongside local organisations whose dedication and care make a genuine difference to people’s lives.

ALL FOURS

Croft Commercials are delighted to support 'ALL FOURS'

What could be better than a bracing country walk on a Sunday morning rounded off with a bacon butty and a brew?

And all while raising money for a different cause or charity every time. That’s the idea behind the All Fours charity dog walks. Find out more and upcoming dates on their facebook page using the button below.

Our upcoming walk on Sunday will be supporting Colne Open Door after an urgent appeal was made via social media last week. Please take the time to read their recent post on our facebook page.

IRONMAN 70.3 BOLTON - 7th June 2026

Croft Commercials was proud to support our Managing Director, Stephen Meadowcroft, as he took on the gruelling Ironman 70.3 in Bolton.

The '70.3' refers to the total distance of the race in miles, comprising a 1.2-mile (1.9 km) swim, 56-mile (90 km) cycle, and 13.1-mile (21.1 km) run — exactly half the distance of a full Ironman.

The event began with a swim in the calm, sheltered waters of Pennington Flash Nature Reserve. Participants then tackled a challenging bike course featuring stunning scenery and demanding climbs, before finishing with a run that winds through Bolton’s picturesque Queen’s Park and historic town centre, culminating at the iconic red-carpet finish line outside Bolton Town Hall.

UPDATE: We are pleased to congratulate Steve on completing the Ironman 70.3 in a very respectable time of six hours, three minutes and thirty one seconds smashing his charity target by raising over £3120.
